Can I try Pro before committing?
Yes. All Pro subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. You get full access to every Pro feature with no credit card required to start. If you decide Pro is not for you, simply let the trial expire.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account reverts to the Free plan with no data loss. All your quiz results, saved comparisons, and protocols remain accessible. You simply lose access to Pro-exclusive features until you subscribe.
Can I change plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade from Free to Pro instantly, or downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. Enterprise plans have custom terms. Contact us to discuss changes to Enterprise agreements.
Do you offer discounts for small wineries?
Yes. Wineries producing under 5,000 cases annually qualify for our Small Producer discount of 30% off Pro. Contact us with your production details and we will set up your discounted plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and offer annual billing with ACH/wire transfer for Pro and Enterprise plans. Annual billing includes a 15% discount.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase with row-level security, and we never share your proprietary winemaking data with third parties, including suppliers, without your explicit consent.
