WinemakerOS
By application

The most valuable professional relationship you'll build this year.

A curated cohort of working winemakers. Structured biweekly sessions. Real protocols reviewed by real peers. Expert access when the decisions are hardest. Built for the professional side of the industry — the conversations that start on LinkedIn and need a smaller room.

Who it's for

The community is for everyone. Mastermind is for the serious ones.

Open community

Broad visibility and day-to-day discussion.

The community is where the industry shows up broadly: profiles, forums, directory discovery, and ongoing conversation. It is the right surface for reach, discovery, and practical discussion.

Winemaker Mastermind

A smaller room for serious operators.

This is the professional, LinkedIn-facing layer. The place for working winemakers who want peer validation, structured sessions, and high-trust conversations around real production decisions.

Why Mastermind

Beyond the tools. Beyond the community.

Peer validation at the critical moment

The copilot gives you AI guidance. Your mastermind cohort gives you people who’ve stood in the same cellar under the same pressure and made the same call. That confidence is different.

Small groups, real relationships

6–10 winemakers matched by scale and focus. Not a 500-person Discord. A room where everyone knows your programs, your challenges, and your wins.

OCI expert access built in

Every mastermind cohort includes quarterly sessions with OCI oak specialists — real lab data, new product access, and direct Q&A on your oak program decisions.

FAQ

Common questions

How are cohorts matched?

By production scale (boutique/mid-size/commercial) and primary focus (reds, whites, natural, high-volume, sparkling). We aim for geographic diversity so you’re not competing with your cohort members.

When do cohorts start?

New cohorts form quarterly (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4). Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and held for the next cohort start.

What if the fit isn’t right?

We offer a 30-day trial period. If the cohort isn’t the right fit, we’ll refund your first month or move you to the waitlist for the next cohort.

Is the OCI connection required?

No. OCI expert sessions are included as a cohort benefit. They’re optional attendance, not a purchase requirement.

Can I use WinemakerOS tools with my cohort?

Yes — that’s the point. Members share protocols, calculator outputs, and AI copilot sessions directly with their cohort for real-time peer review.
